Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: We ship orders within 1 business day of the order being completed through our website.
Shipping time: Shipping times usually range from 1-4 business days within the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on USPS and FedEx shipping time turnarounds.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Within the United States we offer standard free shipping. For rushed shipping charges will be subject to standard FedEx and USPS shipping pricing.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking: Once you order through our website you will receive an order confirmation right after ordering. Order tracking will be sent as soon as the shipping label is created which is usually one business day.
International Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: We ship orders within 1 business day of the order being completed through our website.
Shipping time: International shipping times vary from 4-21 days and are subject to FedEx’s ability to ship orders.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates: We offer both FedEx International Economy and FedEx International Priority. Shipping costs are subject to FedEx standard shipping rates. A 1% handling fee will be charged for orders going to Canada.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking: Once you order through our website you will receive an order confirmation right after ordering. Order tracking will be sent as soon as the shipping label is created which is usually one business day. For orders going to any country outside the USA or Canada there will be a 12% handling fee placed on orders.
Returns Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then we are happy to provide a full refund once we receive the items back to us. In order to receive a refund please contact sales@partymachines.com We will then send you a return shipping label, so you can ship us the item back. Once we receive the item/items back at our warehouse we will issue a full refund.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Partymachines.com will be collecting sales tax in Texas for purchase on our site. Partymachines is not collecting taxes outside the United States. All customs and duty fees for international orders will be paid by the Customer who placed the order.
Damages
If your product comes damaged, send a photo with an explanation of what happened and we can issue a full refund/ replace the item without charge.
Terms & Conditions
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We do not ship items without 100% payment first. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then we are happy to provide a full refund once we receive the items back to us. We offer anti-bacterial foam.
